Delete Your Account

You can delete your ScamLens account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account in the app

Open the ScamLens app

Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings

Tap the profile icon or navigate to the Settings screen from the main menu.

Tap "Delete Account"

Under the Account section, tap "Delete Account" and confirm your choice.

Your account is deleted

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and credentials
  • All scan history and results
  • Uploaded files and screenshots
  • Subscription and entitlement records
  • Device and session data

Deletion is immediate and permanent. This action cannot be reversed.

Need help or can't access the app?

Enter your account email and we'll process the deletion manually within 30 days.
